TECHNOLOGIES FOUNDED TO IMPROVE “C” SEAL PERFORMANCE

----Microflex Technologies is the newest name in seal technology.
Founded by Mike Doyle, former president of Unit Instruments, maker
of process mass flow controllers, Microflex specializes in “C”
seal technology.
As a designer and builder of systems and
components that have utilized literally millions of seals, Doyle's
twenty-five years of experience and expertise have led to the
creation of an advanced product that improves efficiency and
reduces costs. He added, “We designed the MicroSeal to reduce or
eliminate the costly rework and scrap produced by the current seal
designs".
The new Micro Seal line will set a new
standard for modular gas system “C” seals. The seals offer
first-pass sealing based on excellent surface compliance and
rebound rate that is ten times greater than existing seals.
The
patent pending honeycomb design is offered in 316 VIM/VAR
stainless precision machined from billet stock, offering the
highest leak integrity available.
A full range of
configurations is available for 1/4 - 3/8-inch passages for
modular gas and chemical delivery systems.
